ISLAND TRANSPORT

Island transport includes the matter of transporting materials/goods in bulk quantities from male' to another island in the Maldives or vice-versa. It is usually transported from Male' to other islands. This is due to the fact that Male' is neighboured to the international airport, "Hulhule", and also for the reason that Male' is the main port for overseas vessels to dock and unload their goods.
